At Jobean.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at sales@beachfence.ca to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
- Prepare Your Package: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories. Include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item(s), we will process your return. Please allow at least 7-10 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your credit card company or bank.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at sales@beachfence.ca to request an exchange authorization. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sales@beachfence.ca with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly.
